Joram Scher decided to start studies at the Business Administration at the LMU in Munich after completing his high school diploma and successfully finished his studies at the Richmond College in London. He lived for two years in Rome to learn the Italian language and gained his first professional experience in the marketing and management sector. Through the encounter with Thomas Bachmann, Joram Scher came into contact with the clock theory for the first time and developed not only a softness for rare and high-quality wrist watches but also recognized the potential in this business. Due to his previous academic education and his professional experience, a synergy effect was created, which Thomas Bachmann and Joram Scher made use of. Since 1998 Joram is a partner of the company and manages the marketing and online area. His favorite watches include the Rolex vintage GMT-Master Pepsi Ref.1675, the Patek Philippe Eternal Calendar Ref.3448G, the early OMEGA chronographs of the 1930s and 1940s, and of course the Rolex Daytona Cosmograph Ref. 6263 with a so-called "Paul Newman" dial from the 1970s.

Joram Scher has also been a passionate photographer for decades and loves his Nikon D700.
