This fine timepiece is offered with its original warranty booklet and dates back to 1991, having been sold in 1992.
The Royal Oak 14700ST is a bit larger mid-size 37mm variant of the iconic Royal Oak, believed to have been produced only in 1991. Serving as a predecessor to the more widely known Ref. 14790, it reflects Audemars Piguet's experimentation with proportions in this category.
Adorned with the signature Audemars Piguet logo on the dial and the highly sought-after Gay Frères bracelet, this timepiece encapsulates the vintage essence of the earliest Royal Oak models. With only around 500 examples thought to have been made in stainless steel, it stands as both a rare and wearable piece of horological history.
