This 18-karat rose gold VACHERON CONSTANTIN is as elegant as it is original and is characterized by the rare combination of a retrograde day and date display with hands. The hour indices and hands, inspired by 1950s designs, echo the gently curved shape of the dial. The open case back reveals the outstanding hand-finished finishes of the self-winding mechanical movement.
