Produced around 1967 this rare 18k yellow gold example comes with its original box.
Introduced in 1964 the Top Time was the watch for younger people according to Willy Breitling and for that reason maybe equiped with the bright orange second hand.
Chronograph with up to 45 minutes and tachymeter scale on the outer dial.
