This is a very good Jaeger LeCoultre Reverso Lady Joaillerie ref.265.1.86 in 18k yellow gold with leather strap and 18k yellow gold buckle.
Manufactured ina around 2000, this model has got original JLC diamond setting on the front bars and on the back side. The Reverso model can be turned around inside the case form.
