This is an excellent La Rochette, vintage rectangular gentleman's watch in 18k rose gold.
Manufactured in the early 1920ies, this model has got an amazing case and dial design. La Rochette followed Patek Philippe with this extra large case design. Today Frank Muller uses this case and dial type for his Long Island series?
