This is an excellent Patek Philippe, Ellipse Jumbo, ref. 3605-1 in 18k yellow gold with 18k yellow gold Milanese bracelet.
Manufactured in around 1972, this automatic model has got a full length of 20cm.
The dial is beautifully aged and has got a very light patina!
