This is an excellent Patek Philippe antique Pocket Watch Lepine in 18k yellow gold.
Made in around 1910 this open face pocket watch has got a perfect two colour enamel dial.
Fine three bridge movement with woolf teeth wheels.
Has got a two letter engraving on the back side.
