Our remarks
This is a very good Patek Philippe vintage Calatrava ref.1491 in 18k rose gold.
Manufactured in 1947, this model has got an extract from the Patek archive and PP servcie leather etui.
The watch just returned from full PP service in aug. 2017.
The model has got a case with specially curved or scroll lugs.
The beautiful dial has got applied golden hour markers, though has seen some restoration.
Very rare collectors item from just after WWII.
Fine and elegant gentlemans Patek with unusual case design and quite large sized case for the 1940s.
