This is an excellent Patek Phillipe vintage gentleman's Cocktail Watch, "Tegolino", ref. 425 in 950 platinum.
Has got a new Patek leather strap with the original and vintage Patek platinum buckle.
Comes with an extract from the PP archive - manufactured in 1953, sold in 1955!
The dial is marvellous, but an original Patek exchange dial with diamond hour markers.
Has got an engarving on the back...
