We are very proud to offer you this very good to excellent vintage ROLEX DATEJUST, Ref.1601, in 18k white gold with blue croco strap and ROLEX steel pin buckle.
Manufactured in 1975, this 400xxxx serial number has the incredibly beautiful dark grey Tritium stick dial with red KHANJAR swords above six o'clock.
A second 18k white gold rivet bezel comes with the watch, but we prefered the flat one here.
For many years this outstanding and super rare piece was in our private collection!
These dials were made for one of the biggest watch enthusiast in the world - SULTAN QABOOS of OMAN.
These watches were presented as a gift to friends and helping hands of his kindom, all bear his swords.
Clearly one amazing collector's piece that is looking for a new decent owner and home.
