We are excited and very proud to offer you this excellent vintage ROLEX DAY-DATE ?The Eastern Arabic?, Ref.6613B, in 950 platinum with its 950 platinum Milanese bracelet and big logo folding clasp.
Well, this is one incredible ROLEX. Only a few of the first DAY-DATE models, Ref.6611, were made in the 1950s. The rarest, of which only a handful were made, had the reference 6613 and were made of platinum, the 13 standing for a diamond bezel.
This watch here is even rarer and bears the Ref. 6613B. It was given as a gift to the Lebanese Prime Minister KARAMI in 1959 by the Kind Saud of Saudi Arabia. It appeared only recently on the market in an amazing condition.
Provenance is the family of the original owner, who passes away in 1987.
This DAY-DATE has an arabic DAY/DATE disc as well as a flawless silver diamond set, step dial with perfect Radium Hour markers.
We did not find another equally made ROLEX platinum Milanese bracelet with the big ROLEX logo engraved on the folding clasp.
This model here represents a really atypical ROLEX, therefore its a unique stunner. We believe it?s among the rarest DAY-DATE models ever produced.
Clearly only for the high-end collectors and connoisseurs.
