This is a very good to excellent Rolex vintage Prince ref.3937 in 14k yellow gold.
Manufactured in 1937 for the Canadian Eaton Company in order to commemorate the 25th year of employment.
The so called 1/4 Century Club watches have special dials with its name instead of numerals.
