This is a very good OMEGA Speedmaster Professional MARK II, ref. 145.014 stainless steel with bracelet.
Manufactured in the mid- seventies with fine Lemania based Cal. 861.
Quite cool and masculin sports chronograph with Tachymeter scale.
Nice and all authentic patina.
