- Dial: The original AP logo tapisserie dial is in outstanding condition, now featuring new lume applied by the AP service on both the hands and the hour markers.

- Service: Recently serviced, ensuring this watch runs as beautifully as it looks.

- Bracelet: Fitted with a steel bracelet, now accompanied by a more recent AP folding clasp.

- Provenance: The watch comes with an extract from the AP archive, confirming its authenticity and its place in the Royal Oak legacy.

This A-Series, introduced in 1973, was the first of the three batches that launched the legendary Royal Oak, designed by Gerald Genta. Over the years, the Royal Oak has not only defined AUDEMARS PIGUET's success but has also shaped the luxury watch industry. Today, the Royal Oak remains at the heart of the brand’s identity, with numerous spin-off models continuing to evolve its iconic design.
