This is a typical 1980s Breitling CHRONOMAT with extra quartz UTC Time at a small 2nd watch, which is intregrated in the bracelet.
CHRONOMAT decribes the automatic chronograph movement that powers this watch.
For me its slowly starting, that 1980s wrist watch design look nice again.
