We are delighted to present this very good vintage Patek Philippe AMAGNETIC Ref. 3417 in stainless steel with a croco leather strap and steel PP pin buckle. Manufactured in 1963, this watch is accompanied by an official extract of the archives, confirming its provenance.

This rare and remarkable Patek Philippe Calatrava features a 35mm case size and is powered by the intriguing AMAGNETIC Patek movement, the 27-AM400. Designed with a focus on antimagnetic properties, this gentleman’s watch represents the pinnacle of mid-20th-century horological engineering.

The watch is distinguished by its unique dial with elongated hour markers, an extra-large small seconds subdial, and the iron core movement cover, ensuring its resistance to magnetic fields. 

Introduced in the 1960s, the AMAGNETIC model was positioned in direct competition with other engineering marvels of the era, such as the Rolex Milgauss and IWC Ingenieur. Today, the Ref. 3417 remains one of the most collectible steel Patek Philippe vintage classics, highly coveted by collectors worldwide.
