We are proud to offer you this very good to excellent vintage HEUER CARRERA Military, ref. 110-573, in stainless steel with its steel bracelet.
Manufactured in around 1975 for the armed forces of the Democratic Peoples Republic ANGOLA, called FAPLA. Engraved on the caseback including an older version of the Angolan emblem.
The watch case is in excellent condition and the blue guilocche dial with Tritium hour markers and the hands are all authentic from the time.
The HEUER/BREITLING automatic chronograph caliber 12 is ticking with the crown on 9 o´clock.
Very rare and collectable piece with real historic, military background.
We like the idea, that communist military forces fought wearing a quite fancy Swiss tool watch chronograph on their wrists. On the other hand Che Guevara wore a ROLEX GMT-Master.
Comes with a one year warranty though our watch lab.
