We are proud to offer you this very good HEUER vintage MAREOGRAPH ref.2446SF in stainless steel with leather strap.
This very rare model was made in around 1970 with a adapted and modified Valjoux 72 caliber.
On this watch the right sub dial has a pusher at 9 o?clock to set the right position for the moon to calculate the right tidal timing for ebb and flow. You need a chart at the harbor masters house to set this right?
-hard to find collectors beauty with an impressive dial design. The black dial turned already into dark grey and that gives the contrast to the black bezel. There are some typical and only slight discolorations around the hour markers and sub dials.
Very cool collectors HEUER and investment piece.
